About NaNoMat

Nanotechnology and Novel Materials (NaNoMat) research group is headed by Professor Márcio César Pereira, in the Institute of Science, Engineering, and Technology (ICET) at Federal University of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM), Brazil. We are chemists working on the synthesis of new adsorbents, catalysts, and semiconductors since 2010. We focused on the preparation of powder nanomaterials and films for using in environmental remediation process, photoelectrochemical water splitting, and photoelectrochemical synthesis of valuable organic molecules.
